Our course is developed in the framework established by the Erasmus+ Programme, and is designed in order to integrate formal and non-formal education methodologies. Starting with a theoretical approach, and inspired by "Paris Declaration" on.
Promoting citizenship and the common values of freedom, tolerance and non-discrimination through education, we will proceed with non-formal learning strategies in order to guarantee and stimulate an active contribution from the participants involved. Presentations, Analysis of case studies and success stories, Role-playing; Visits to local private and public institutions; Workshops to rethink old practices and introduce new ones. Following the New Skills Agenda, we will support teachers and trainers empowerment in order to inspire and help learner to acquire higher and more relevant skills.
Inclusive education has considerably raised its importance in school context all over Europe, and has become a priority for future conflicts reduction. For this reason, it is necessary to assure teachers and educators the right skills and knowledge to work in an inclusive environment and to improve their capacity to work on the field as well as to cooperate with parents and families in general. This course aims to develop strategies for inclusive teaching and to promote a mutual and cooperative learning environment among trainers and educators, thanks to the adoption of non-formal methodologies, workshops and innovative materials, mainly strengthening digital skills and increasing the use of ICT tools as new didactic methodology to implement an effective inclusive education. Contact US

1. Teacher education curriculum definition: preparing teachers and educators to the most effective inclusive education, defining attitudinal changes and awareness raising. It is considerably
important that teachers, principals and other education stakeholders express a positive attitude towards inclusion, developing positive self-esteem for all. They must be firmly convinced of the positive benefits that inclusive practices bring to all students.

2. Pre-service phase: starting from the idea that inclusive education should be a compulsory requirement for all teacher candidates and an integral part of teacher training curricula, will be transferred fundamental knowledge and skills of inclusive education. The focus will be on needs and abilities of children with special needs and on pedagogic skills such as didactic planning and activity differentiation.
3. In-service phase and practice: introduction to the concept of annual/regular upgrade of teachers who are already working on schools, comparison of teaching methods and insertion of inclusive education among their professional skills, to enhance their teaching performance.
In the end of this course, participants will have expanded knowledge about inclusive teaching methods and tools, supported by local professional tutors in a non-formal context. The focus is on the European dimension and new tools to teach, using especially interactive and digital instruments. The final aim is to train and teach in a more critical, productive and enthusiastic dimension, discovering new learning and teaching practices according to European statements.



This course will follow a non-formal and inclusive methodology:
• teaching methods and skills – ensuring that the methods of teaching and learning in and through teacher education are flexible, learner-centred and inclusive of diverse needs; that trainers and teachers are supported to develop their own locally relevant resources;
• practice, reflection and support – ensuring that trainers and teachers are given opportunities to receive proper, ongoing support throughout their teacher education – and that they learn specific skills required to make their teaching more inclusive – e.g. in relation to gender, disability, language, etc.- and in an European dimension.

Course fee: EUR 70 per day per participant
Certification and support fee: EUR 100-150 per participant depending on number of participants
Accommodation, meals, cultural activities: depending on the participants’ requests

Our training course follows Erasmus+ funding rules and is available in different options - from all-inclusive to course only. All-inclusive option includes course fee, certification and support fee, accommodation in single room, all coffee breaks, 3 meals per day, walk tour in the city and local transport during the course. An international night will be organized for the participants, who are asked to present their countries. Participants are asked to bring with them a specific food/drink/music/video etc.. in order to share something about their native culture and their traditions.
We take into account special dietary requirements and special needs of participants.
Based on your preferences and budget you can request different services, a less inclusive option or you can choose to organize the board and lodging by yourself and opt to just attend the training course.


At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance including a description of training content and the period covered by the training, together with a Europass Mobility Certificate. We experienced that schools and training organizations may require additional documents to certify the competences learned or the presence in the training course of their staff. Upon request we can provide additional certification and reporting documents.
