Innovation incubator, Spin-off
The concept and operating principles of the business incubator are based on supporting the development of innovative companies at the beginning of the road. Every business, in terms of development over time, has a period of initiation, a period of growth, a period of development, a period of stagnation and a period of decline.
Throughout these periods, the business is always sensitive and always subject to possible distortion and disappearance. In addition to providing the logistical support needed to start the business, the Business Incubator organizes training, provides assistance in carrying out business strategies or writing projects necessary to attract funding and facilitates participation in functional networking activities.
Trainings and courses
Cosvitec Est is accredited by the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity and the Ministry of National Education to organize training and professional training courses in the following two fields: entrepreneurship and IT.

The aim is to meet the needs of all through qualified educational planning, and continuous assistance throughout the training process and beyond, through resolved actions. Cosvitec Est promotes constantly evolving national and international networks, based on innovation sharing and technology transfer.
Cosvitec Est focuses on local, regional and national development.
Its aim is to promote human resource development and scientific research by disseminating technological innovation and higher education. It can count on the power and experience of a large transnational network.
As a result of the Agenda for New Skills, the company supports teachers and the empowerment of trainers, in order to inspire and help the
pupil / student / learner to acquire greater and more relevant skills.
Inclusive education has significantly increased its importance in the school context across Europe, and has become a priority for reducing future conflicts. For this reason, it is necessary to provide teachers and educators with the right skills and knowledge to work in a comprehensive environment and to improve their ability to work in the field, as well as to cooperate with parents and families in general.
The courses aim to develop strategies for inclusive teaching and to promote an environment of mutual learning and cooperation between trainers and educators, through the adoption of basic non-formal methodologies, workshops and innovative materials, mainly the strengthening of digital skills, and increasing the use of ICT tools as a new teaching methodology to implement effective inclusive education.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of participation, including a description of the content of the training and the period covered by the training, together with a Europass Mobility certificate. Additional certification and reporting documents may be provided upon request to certify the skills learned or the training of their staff.
