From 8 March, Italians students, who took part in the International project M.I.T. Europe - Marketing, Internationalization and Tourism in Europe " within Erasmus plus program (KA1) ", are conducting s their internship at the Cosvitec Est offices in Constanta (Romania).

Students, belonging to various schools In Campania (ISIS Gaetano Filangieri of Frattamaggiore, ISIS Nitti in Naples, ISIS Tilgher of Herculaneum, ISIS Taddeo da Sessa Sessa Aurunca, ISIS Don Geremia Piscopo Naples) and carefully selected and trained before departure from CosvitecI talia, are now carrying out their transnational placements, provided by ErasmusPlus project, within business and marketing companies in order to promote cultural and environmental heritage.

Students, who have had the opportunity to take part in this project, will improve their knowledge about start-up promotion and business internationalization in the tourism area and will increase, not only their linguistic and digital skills but also how to manage human and financial resources through business plans development and living a great formative experience in Cosvitec Est where they are supported by professional and highly qualified tutors that are following their progress step by step.

Thanks to this experience students will be highly competitive in the world of work not only professionally but also humanly.
Students will surely have a competitive advantage thanks to the soft skills acquired in this important work experience abroad as this at Cosvitec Est.



As for the issue of sustainability, companies are required to implement plans for reducing consumption and to be more efficient in terms of energy-saving.


The website identified 5 key pointsin order to achieve a bigger efficiency and to make a change in all business realities.


  1. Consumption costs analysis: Examine business needs and all the ways to meet them without wasting unnecessary energy.
    For example it’s possible to choose a program that studies consumption habits (such as recycling paper, monitor the use of the prints, turn on the air conditioning only when necessary) , in order to install a more efficient energy program.
  2. Examine the life cycle of IT equipment: understand, so ,if you can reuse, recycle and update it in order to extend their life cycle and performance.
  3. Monitoring the value chain: understand if there’s any waste to eliminate, control the activities of suppliers monitoring the supply by selecting the most virtuous
  4. Collaboration: inform all employees of the sustainable management of the company, making sure that everyone has a conscious behavior.
  5. Choose local companies: the advantage is that, that way there’s an increase of the local economy and that it’s possible to control the actions of their suppliers, reducing also costs related to transport



Regio Stars Awards 2017:  Include EU awards for innovative projects in regional development.
Thay are a recognition for Regions that have been co-financed by the ERDF, ESF, IPA or by other funding systems after 1st January 2008 and that can inspire and develop the diffusion of innovative projects. HorizonPrize 2016: It provides important incentives for those who participate in the Horizon 2020 program, and deliver the most innovative solutions.
HorizonPrize includes awards for innovative projects in the fields of environment and alternative energy:


  • Photovoltaics meets history - This award takes on the challenge related to the technical constraints in relation with  integration of photovoltaic energy sources in historic urban districts. This award, amounting to 750 thousand euros, will be assigned to the more suitable project, for photovoltaic system development, considering architectural, aesthetical and technical point of view.
    The deadline for submitting applications is September 26, 2018.
  • Low carbon hospital - With 1 million euros, this award supports the development of solutions for the exclusive use of renewable energy sources for heating and energy supply in hospital buildings. The award will be assigned to an innovative solution that can integrate different technologies into a single system, ensuring uninterrupted energy supply.
    The deadline for submitting applications is April 3, 2019.
  • CO2 Reuse - With his 1.5 million Euros, this award aims to cut CO2 emissions in the atmosphere by supporting the development of innovative products that reuse the carbon dioxide, overcoming the technical, commercial and financial barriers.

“MIT Europe” intends to activate 200 training internships addressed to students attending, during 2016/2017, their last school year in each involved VET Institutes (or of at most graduated from one year) in the field of Tourist Marketing.



Internship will take place in a 4 weeks period ans will be preceeded by a pre-departure training in Italy regarding social-cultural aspects of the Country with particular attention to language training.



Through the 4 weeks international mobility in Spain, Romania, and Ireland and Lithuania participants will achieve the following specific objectives:
- To increase knowledge, competences and abilities of project addressees according to:

  1. Company management and strategic planning applied to start-up launch and company internationalization, with specific reference to tourism field;
  2. Marketing techniques, financial data analysis, and human, financial and material resources allocation through the elaboration of business plans;

- Participants language skills development, necessary for the employment in a growing business context and for the improvement of Touristic Companies, and, even more, in the launch/relaunch of tourist companies.



At the end of the internship, participants will receive a certificate from Host Institutions recognized all over Europe according to ECVET System

EU_SMART is a transnational mobility project addressed to 90 learners attending the last year in each involved Institute, aiming to strengthen, within the local training system, the application of innovative and flexible methodologies linking traditional training and practice. The initiative, promoted by a National Consortium coordinated by the Institute “Isabella D’Este-Caracciolo”, intends to develop in participants technical-professional and transversal skills within the fields of start-up and marketing with specific
reference to tourism sector.


The project will be implemented in the period when unemployment of youth in Campania is about 40%. Because of that it is necessary to promote start up programs between young people, also considering the fact that these measures are strongly supported in Campania and previews knowledge/skills in specific sector both in case of working in business context and for starting self employment. Field choice, in fact, derives from the will to sustain a branch considered strategic for the territory of reference, both according to the empowerment of turistic vocation and occupational repercussions.


Taking into consideration general objectives of Erasmus+ program, it is intended to strengthen knowledge, abilities and competences for 90 VET learners from V year of vocational school through 4 weeks traineeships (divided for destination groups) realized in Spain and Romania in the environment of strategic planning management of enterprise mainly applied at promoting start-up and entrepreneurial internationalization actions with specific reference to tourism field; all these elements are able to influence both the territory of origin of trainees starting fundamental change processes in order to offer them concrete occupational opportunities and the participants from the educational point of view as well as according to a greater European dimension.


An Internship action will be organized in Spain and Romania within the fields of internationalization and management of touristic start up business. This action will be preceeded by a pre-departure training period in Italy supported by Host Organizations. The internship will be characterized by specific operational stages:

  • linguistic enhancement (learning of Romanian and Spanish languages)
  • professional experience based on business start up
  • participation in programs of international advertising

Internship actions will include not only pre-departure training, but will be also supported by dissemination activities and placement with the participation of companies not directly involved in the partnership, but close to schools in the partnership.


  • Enhancement of the educational services of participating schools in framing a plan for development of transnational
  • Repeatability in a local, regional, and international best practices, and output for traineeships aimed at companies operating in the field of reference (documentation, networking, identification of training objectives, certification schemes ECVET, etc.)
